AllsortsAllsorts Trail

The Happiness Patrol’s work is built upon the development of relationships between our audiences and the classical theatre productions we create. One of the most important ways in which these relationships will grow is through the sharing of information.

We always encourage audience members to give us feedback on our work, and we are also developing resources which will complement our productions. These include:

  • Syllabus Information & Teachers Packs

These will be available where texts and authors featured in our productions are included on school, college and higher education syllabuses, along with downloadable resource packs which tie in with each of our productions as and when they are created. These resource packs contain materials which are designed as a launchpad for further discussion and engagement for school, college and higher education groups.

We will also offer a bespoke resource pack service, whereby teachers and tutors can commission us to create dedicated resource packs tailored to specific texts and specific authors, which will include a range of teaching materials developed in conjunction with the individual teacher/tutor’s needs. For more information and for prospective quotations, contact us.

  • Talks & Workshops

The Happiness Patrol reinforces its productions with a range of sessions designed to encourage the sharing of ideas and the participation of our audiences and supporters.

Some performances are preceded or followed by discussions with the director and members of the acting company and creative team (subject to availability). These discussions are free to ticket holders for the relevant performance. A nominal charge may be levied for non-ticket holders. Details of these discussions will be listed in our Diary of Events section and in all relevant publicity materials.

The company is also able to provide discussion sessions and participatory workshops for any interested groups or societies. These can be linked to our repertoire of work, or can be commissioned around specific texts and authors. For more information and for prospective quotations, contact us.
